DELEGATE MANAGEMENT ENQUIRIES:

1. Once we recieve your enquiry, a member of our team will be in touch by email or phone to discuss your requirements.

ACCOMMODATION ENQUIRIES:

1. You will be emailed availability and rates of hotel/s within your specifiactions; please respond as soon as possible as we are unable to hold rooms without your approval.

2. On confirmation that you would like to proceed with the accommodation suggested, we will confirm the booking/s on your behalf.

3. All accommodation will need to be secured with credit card details, (supplied to the hotel) at the time of booking.

4. Booking details will then be emailed to you


Booking terms

In the absence of a business account being in place with the hotel or ourselves, all guests will be required to settle their own bill on departure.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY

a) Cancellations must be made by phone direct with the hotel personnel - voice mail or email cancellations can not be guaranteed and cancellation charges are liable to be deducted from the credit card supplied at the time of booking, should you fail to cancel within the agreed cancellation period.

b) Hotel cancellation policies will be instructed at the time of booking - please read them carefully.
