Delegate Management Fees


From Invitation to registration, Aqua will look after all your delegates needs.

FLEXIBLE FEES

Initial set up fee from - £150.00 per event

This includes creating webpages to promote, inform, register and take payments from delegates - these pages can be branded with your own company image or a stand alone design in line with your event objectives and target market - for events of more than 50 delegates the set up of an online booking and payment page would be FREE OF CHARGE!

Delegate bookings - £6.00 - £26.00 per delegate

This rate is flexible in line with the level of delegate activity but can include

  • Data capture
  • Taking payment by BAC's/Cheque/credit-card
  • Confirmation by email or letter or fax
  • Accommodation allocation and booking
  • Transport arrangements
  • Workshop allocation and interview slots
  • Venue/hotel liaison on special requirements/menus
  • Social events - eg, gala dinner, golf, sailing etc
  • Badge production

To include printing card badges 54mm x 85mm with corporate logo (to be provided), produced in plastic card holders and delivered to the venue.

ON THE DAY

On day registration £25.00 per hour

Marking off delegates as they arrive, issuing badges, and handing out delegate packs; taking credit card payments on the day if required Minimum 3 hours Allow for approximately one member of staff for every fifty delegates

Event concierge service Point of contact throughout the day- £150.00 per day Minimum 7 hours

Additional staff £10 per hour (min 4 hours)

Allow for approximately one member of staff for every fifty delegates
