This workshop is an opportunity for you to bring current issues around the development and leadership of your “leadership cadre”. In some organisations this is primarily a matter of identifying, recruiting and encouraging key individuals but in most there is also a collective aspect to organisational leadership, extending from corporate governance through to leadership of key projects, as well as sustaining the continuous adaptation and improvement of normal work processes. This workshop is also an opportunity to present the questions and challenges that you are facing and to learn from those of others. If you would like to attend the morning or afternoon surgeries we would invite you to send a brief paragraph describing the issues you are facing to Jonathan.Gosling@exeter.ac.uk so that we can ensure a coherent schedule and content to each workshop.
