STEP ONE - you will receive an email confirming we have received your accommodation enquiry.
STEP TWO - Once we haver established that the hotel of your choice is available for those dates, you will receive confirmation by email advising you that your room/s have been booked on your behalf.
STEP THREE - The hotel will contact you to obtain credit card details to secure the booking and advise of their specific cancellation policy.
