Like most agencies, we are paid a modest commission from the venue for our introductory service. Therefore the work carried out by Aqua Venue Solutions Ltd is a FREE SERVICE on the understanding that the venue chosen for your event is booked via Aqua Venue Solutions Ltd and not with any other agent or the venue direct. If you wish to use our services for research purposes only, or the event does not go ahead, there will be an administration charge of 10% inc VAT of the event budget quoted per event

How would that affect the rates I pay?

With the strength of our agency buying power Aqua is in an strong position to negotiate on your behalf which can have a very positive impact on the rates you pay for your event.

By taking time to understand waht you want to achieve from your event company we will only recommend venues that are best matched to your criteria. Our venue searching is very targeted, we won't waste your time with venues that are not right for you.

Will we remain in control ?

We will work with you at each step keeping your decisions and opinions at the forefront of our activity. We are happy for our clients to talk to the venue conference manager and attend site visits, it's your event after all!

What area do you cover ?

We have excellent relationships with most quality UK venues and have particular expertise in the South West

NB We pride ourselves in offering a totally unbiased search and all suitable venues will be considered which may occasionally include venues that do not have arrangements in place with agencies (e.g.CharitableTrusts/Schools/Commercial premises) - however, unlike many other agencies we will not exclude these from our proposal as they can often be a very cost effective and interesting solution to your venue search; therefore if you select and confirm a venue that does not pay agency commission, a small administration charge of 8% +VAT of the venue charges will be made in line with foregone commission.
